Pre-filled syringes Department

The pre-filled syringes Department has a sterile area devoted to the preparation of pre-filled syringes, with different formats and dosages available. A sterile area, separated and segregated from the area in which pre-filled syringes are filled, is equipped with a-filling machine that can divide small-sized batches, so as to ensure maximum versatility. Extremely specialised staff ensures that all operations are carried out in strict compliance with procedures, thereby enabling us to ensure the quality of finished product. A high-productivity packaging line is devoted exclusively to packaging pre-filled syringes available in various formats.

Sterile departments

Advanced departments for the processing of sterile liquids. The two departments cover an area of 1,800sqm designed according to innovative and rational logics. The constant technological updating of manufacturing machinery and plants enables us to keep the highest qualitative standards. Flexibility and considerable manufacturing performance are provided by latest generation equipment. Open-tip and closed-tip ampoules from 10.75mm to 17.75mm are manufactured in the premises, and vials are filled with volumes up to 50ml. The department's equipment allows processing both in aseptic environment and with the use of terminal sterilization.

In an area annexed to the sterile departments are areas devoted to impurity inspections, leak tests, and ampoule packaging, while various packaging possibilities are ensured by the wide range of formats that can be processed in our high-productivity lines.
