Maximum versatility in manufacturing and packaging of all solid pharmaceutical forms, supported by a quality assurance system able to always ensure product reliability, are the results of over 25 years’ experience in the field of oral solids.

Departments today can produce both granules and tablets; they allow processing small and large volumes, so as to make industrial scale-up operations possible, as well as support activities such as formula development. In addition, each department works separately, thereby ensuring maximum versatility and manufacturing efficiency.

Simple tablets, film-coated tablets, modified release tablets, tablets contained in other tablets, granules, hard gelatine capsules; these are some of the pharmaceutical forms we produce. In addition, we are authorised to package and control soft gelatine capsules.

A dedicated area hosts four packaging lines for capsules and tablets - such lines carry out operations related to putting oral solids into blisters, then into boxes, and finally into packages. There are many formats, which confers a great flexibility on the department, as well as the possibility to adjust at best the customer’s requirements for primary and secondary packaging.
