Technology and reliability characterize the department. The ongoing revamping of sterile premises entails the installation of new, latest generation lyophilisation , able to increase production capacity and the efficiency of our production. The department shall be equipped with two freeze-dryes for large-sized batches, covering an area of 37sqm, as well as lyophilizers for small and medium-sized batches, for an overall lyophilisation area of 91sqm. The plants are fed by advanced filling lines, whose high efficiency and reliability ensure the quality of finished products. The versatility of plants enables to process small and large-sized batches, processing - with machinery – products in various formats, both in ampoules and vials, with various kinds of closing. The know-how acquired in the many decades of activity in the field of pharmaceutical product lyophilisation from many different molecules, including long-chain hormones and peptides, ensures good results to our customers and enables us to make all technological transfer operations efficient. The department is also equipped with machinery devoted to sterile powder division in small and medium volume vials. Lyophilized products are controlled in an area annexed to the sterile area, with the use of semi-automatic inspecting machines, and are packaged on high-productivity packaging linesestazione. The wide range of packaging formats available enables us to provide different solutions so as to meet our customers' requirements and ensure a high degree of customization in secondary packaging. |
